This warranty covers our remanufactured printer ink cartridges against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:
  • Ink cartridges that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or incompatible printers.
  • Ink cartridges that are refilled or tampered with.
  • Ink cartridges that have reached their end of life or have been depleted of ink.
  • Problems caused by factors beyond our control, such as printer malfunctions or improper settings.

Making a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. You will need to provide:
